Found Beautiful Mens Acme Vintage Boots # 4939

Hello.. well I am having the worst time trying fi gi re out if.these boots I found yoday are worth anytging and.what and how to tell in future boots. What numbers do I look.for and such so I can possibly sell on ebay. Or to you all! These are mens I think.. in order from left to right I will read how it has numbers and such on the inside and back calf area..

So... they are burgandy pointed toe with seems on side great blkish red leather shiny with switl like sewn designs on it
