puzzled by boots

I found a pair of harness cowboy boots yesterday that have a eagle stitched to the front and are size 9 MEX. They also have a fox head molded into the sole in either orange, pink, fuschia, or red. Could you give me any info regarding their origin, particularly the maker? I figure they are Mexican.
